Hotel Jalta Praha was built in 1958 on the place, where the houses havebeen destroyed at the end of the Second World War. The author of this project is a famous Czech architect Mr. Antonin Tenzer. Since 1992 is the Jalta classified as a cultural monument - typical simple of the architecture of fifties. The hotel is located on the Wenceslas Square - commercial and historic centre of the city. The Hotel Jalta Praha was always during its history one of the premier hotels in Prague and in 1998 celebrated its 40th anniversary. Last important renovations have been madein the period 1999-2001 new reception area, meeting facilities as well as guestrooms and public areas. The hotel Jalta Praha has 94 deluxe guest rooms - 10 singles, 44 twins, 34 doubles, 5 suites, 1 special room for disabled guests. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a private bath, direct dial telephone, access to the internet, mini bar, television and satellite programs, pay TV, safety box, hair dryer and some of them have also fax machine.
Jalta restaurant offers first class dining in an elegant and quiet ambience, specialising on traditional Bohemian cuisine, international Specialities and last but not least Japanese cuisine a la carte.
